Independent organisers. OAD provides local information but does not organise or control third-party events unless expressly stated. Organisers and venues remain responsible for their events, premises, tickets, refunds, accessibility, licensing and safety arrangements.

Accuracy and responsibility. OAD uses reasonable care when preparing its own content but is not responsible for independent acts, omissions or information controlled by third parties, or for loss not caused by OAD’s breach. Nothing in this notice excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by OAD’s negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
