We want OAD listings to use genuine Ormskirk venue photography rather than generic stock wherever possible. Venue owners and managers can send a suitable exterior or interior photograph to design@ormskirkafterdark.co.uk.
Please include your venue name and the words: “I confirm I own this photograph or have permission to let Ormskirk After Dark use it on the website and related OAD promotion.”
Landscape images are preferred. Please avoid photographs where individual customers are the main identifiable subject unless you have their permission.
Venue insights
Ormskirk After Dark records engagement with venue listings, including listing views and outbound link clicks. As the audience grows, this gives participating venues a useful picture of how people are discovering them through OAD.
Venue owners can request a summary of their recorded OAD listing activity by emailing design@ormskirkafterdark.co.uk. Figures relate only to activity recorded on Ormskirk After Dark and are not claims about a venue’s overall footfall, bookings or commercial performance.
Coming later: enhanced listings, featured venue placements and promoted event options will only be introduced where they remain clearly labelled and do not interfere with the independence of the main directory.
